RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with the product. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 RETURNS

If you would like to return a product from your order, send the product back to the address below in its original packaging. All returns MUST be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of us receiving your returned product. Within the US, we can provide a return label. There will be an additional USD $6.95 deduction from the refund for label usage.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned, and refused packages unless we make an error.

Also, we understand customers must open items before determining if they like them. As long as the item has not been used in excess, you will get a full refund for it. If not, you will be subject to a partial refund.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@makesperfectscentz.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a tracking method to mail your return.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

EXCEPTIONS  

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  •     Items used in access 
  •     items damaged after receiving
